This website is operated by Iconic Paw. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Iconic Paw. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to these Terms.
2. Custom artwork disclaimer
Products are custom-made based on the photo or photos you provide. Results may vary with photo quality, artistic interpretation is part of the creative process, and minor differences between previews and final printed products may occur because of screen and print variations. By placing an order, you acknowledge the subjective nature of custom art.
3. Photo requirements
You are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality images. We may request new photos if image quality is insufficient to produce a high-quality result.
4. Revisions & approval
- Where a preview is included, revisions must be requested within the timeframe provided.
- We will not print an order until final approval is received.
- Excessive revision requests beyond reasonable adjustments may incur additional fees.
- Once final approval is given, an order enters production and cannot be changed.
5. Refund, cancellation & damaged items
Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of being placed. After artwork has begun, custom products are generally non-refundable. If an error is caused by us, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence; we will generally issue a replacement and will provide return instructions if a return is required.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Once an order leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Iconic Paw. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify them. Artwork created for you remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated; you may use your purchased portrait for personal use.
8. Limitation of liability
Iconic Paw shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, emotional dissatisfaction due to artistic style preferences, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
9. Accuracy of information
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
10. Fraud prevention
We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
